Our new restaurant 'Euro Cafe & Bar' has a European flavour with a new and exciting menu. 

The chefs, Sibylle & Manuel met twelve years ago at the Lake of Constance in Germany where they both worked. From there they teamed up and worked throughout Germany and Switzerland, expanding their skills in hospitality. Moving to Australia in 2003 they settled in Melbourne after being sponsored by the Hilton Hotel Group to bring their individual talents to the Hotel.

Sibylle and Manuel worked in the famous German Restaurant ‘The Cuckoo’ in Melbourne before moving to the Sunshine Coast to open their own restaurant ‘Euro Cafe & Bar’.
